Any refusal by the payment provider to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render My Elysian Lace liable for any delay or non-delivery. SECTION 24 - RETURNS & REFUNDS My Elysianlace wants you to shop with confidence and enjoy wearing more from us! We hope you’ll be delighted with everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide return options for you according to our Terms and Conditions. See our Returns Information for details. We currently do not offer exchanges. As we ship globally, international shipping costs are high, so we currently do not accept returns for refunds. But don't worry, we have a better alternative. If you wish to return for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply: 1.Please submit your return request within 28 days after delivery, requests beyond 28 days will no longer be accepted. 2.After submitting your return request, we will gift you one or multiple items for free (you can choose desired items again from our shop), while still keeping the original items. 3.The total price of our gifted items cannot exceed the total price of your returned items.
